Common Questions
Do customers pay any fees?
No. The full amount the customer tips goes to you. The 5% fee is deducted from the tip amount before it enters your wallet.
What if I don't have a bank account?
You can request a grocery voucher instead. It's sent directly to your WhatsApp and costs just R1.50. No bank account required.
How often can I cash out?
Bank payouts are processed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 10:00. You can request a payout anytime your balance is R50 or more. Grocery vouchers can be requested anytime.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see on this page is everything. There are no signup fees, monthly fees, or cancellation fees.
