TipNow provides a digital payment platform that enables car guards, waiters, petrol attendants and other service workers to receive tips via QR code scanning and electronic payments.
TipNow charges a 5% commission on all tips received. A R3.50 fee is charged per payout to cover bank transfer costs. The minimum withdrawal amount is R50.
You must provide accurate personal information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Request a payout once you have R50 or more in your available balance. Payouts are processed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 10:00. You must provide valid bank details to receive payouts.
You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws. TipNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
TipNow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
